I'm going on a trip and I'm taking…
Do you always pack your suitcase at the last minute? With this checklist for your summer holiday look, you’ll never forget to pack anything important again.

Swim Shorts

Indispensable and always good. From trendy graphic prints to summery colours: with swimming trunks you can really let yourself go. Especially for a real beach holiday, it's handy to bring several swim shorts!

T-Shirts

Nice and airy over your swimming trunks to the beach or over a pair of shorts to the promenade. T-shirts with a tough print, trendy brand logo or in a fresh colour are the ideal garments for a summery destination.

Shorts

There's a pair of shorts to fit everyone like a glove. Go for a comfortable look in a cargo short. It's just a bit wider and fitted with practical pockets. Ideal for a day of soaking up culture. Heading to a beach terrace with your friends? Then choose a tough denim short; ideal because you can combine it endlessly. If you want to wear the shorts a bit more smart casual, then choose a chino short. Combine it during the day with a polo and in the evening with a shirt and let the sangria flow.

Polos

Do you also want to bring some style to your outfit? Then polos are your best friends. With a polo shirt you immediately make a well-groomed impression. Take a good look at the fit for the right cut and pattern to let your personality come across well.

The chino

Perfect for cool evenings or if you like to head out a little more dressed up. A chino is nice and light (saves on suitcase kilos again) and has a comfortable fit. For a summery look, the sand-coloured chino is ideal. With this colour you can make an infinite number of stylish combinations.

Shirts

Dining in style at a lovely French restaurant, heading out to a trendy club in Ibiza or a romantic walk at sunset. These occasions call for a stylish outfit! Go for a shirt in a natural material such as linen. It breathes and it's allowed to crease. Prefer not to have creases? Then cotton shirts are perfect.

A sweatshirt or blazer

Should it cool down a bit in the evenings after all, a comfortable blazer is ideal. It provides extra warmth and gives your casual outfit a dressed-up twist. In addition, at Suitable you have the choice of various fleece cardigans that you can easily wear for a nighttime walk along the beach.

Underwear and Socks

Okay, this goes without saying! A clean pair of boxer shorts every day is desirable. Do you go for tight or rather wide? In any case, Suitable has plenty of choice. As for socks: choose summery variants such as sneaker socks or no-show socks. These socks are perfect when you wear low shoes under your shorts. The time of knee socks under bermuda shorts is definitively over.

Belts

Go for convenience and bring a belt that goes well with every outfit. This summer, for instance, you can opt for woven belts. These are very sought-after and perfect for combining endlessly.

Shoes

Are you travelling by plane? Put on your heaviest shoes for during the flight, that saves on the weight you carry ? Perfect summer shoes for on holiday are sneakers or classic slip-ons like moccasins. These are timeless, comfortable and ideal to combine. They look good when strolling through an old city, during a dinner or on a terrace.

Finally, 2 more packing tips!

  • Make sets! Think in complete outfits and lay them out on the bed. This way you prevent forgetting something and no longer have to think about what to put on. In short: more time to enjoy!

  • Roll up your clothes. This takes up less space and ensures your clothes crease as little as possible. Lay the rolls next to each other in your suitcase and keep in mind the sets you've made.

Now all that's left for us to do is wish you a wonderful holiday. Enjoy it, vamos a la playa!
